Paul B Murray followed up his win the previous week by winning Eamon MacManus’s Presidents Day prize at North West Golf Club at the weekend.
Paul clinched his first “Major” at Lisfannon with a well put together 40 points, ahead of over 200 members and guests.
His only blemish on Paul’s came on the difficult par three third hole, where he registered a “no-score.”
This was more then made up for with two four-point scores at the first and fifth holes.
In second place, playing off two, was Garrett Mallon, four birdies helping helping him to 37 points.
John Kennedy (6) finished third, also on 37 points, while winner of the gross prize was Kyle McCarron with 69.
