PACE RUNNERS CASH BOOST FOR HOSPITAL CHILDREN’S WARD

A donation of £500 has been presented to the Children’s Ward at Altnagelvin Hospital by the local PACE running club.

The money was raised by members of the club who took part in a charitable 5k run.

PACE decided to choose the Children’s Ward at Altnagelvin because of the “tremendous” work the staff do there.

Some of the club members have had family members treated on the ward and the donation was a way to show their appreciation.
