Residents in a block of flats in Derry had to flee their homes when fire broke out in the building.
They were alerted by smoke alarms activated by the blaze at the rear entrance of the flats at Drumard Park in the Hazelbank area of the city.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus searched the building to ensure the safety of all residents and used a hosereel jet to extinguish the fire.
The incident occurred shortly before 2.00am yesterday but details have just been released.
