A group of workers at a North West call centre are celebrating after scooping a staggering €4.8 million on the Irish National Lottery.
Thirteen staff members from Forward Emphasis International at Malin Head in Inishowen will share last night’s jackpot, each receiving €300,000 each.
Anne-Marie McFadden, one of the winners, said: “We are over the moon.
“There’s 12 of us out celebrating with a cup of tea in Carndonagh – another one is away on holidays in Spain.”
The winning ticket was sold in Cullen’s at Cockhill in Buncrana.
The winning numbers were 19, 25, 26, 27, 39, 45 and bonus number was 42.
