Police in Derry are appealing for information about an assault on a man at Lower Clarendon Street in the city on Tuesday evening last.
PSNI investigating officer Constable Dave White said the victim was struck by a man aged in his late teens or early 20s.
The assailant was wearing a blue sports top and was accompanied by a woman.
Const White said information could be given on the police non-emergency 101 telephone number.
Alternatively, it could be provided to the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
