Police in Strabane are investigating a daylight break-in in the Laurel Drive area of the town.
Sergeant Glen Warnock, of the Strabane Neighbourhood Policing Team, said that between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on Friday last, 26 September, entry was forced to the house via a rear window and various bedrooms ransacked. Nothing has been stolen.
“A red Citroen Dispatch Van was observed parked at the property and police would be keen to speak to anyone who may have seen this vehicle in the area at the time,” he added.
Sgt. Warnock said information could be given on the police non-emergency number 101.
Alternatively, it could be provided to the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
