Former Derry City midfielder Stephen McLaughlin has moved from Nottingham Forest to Notts County on loan.
The Clonmany man, who signed for Forest in January last year, didn’t feature for Forest competitively until April last year when he played against Leeds United in April.
He had enjoyed a successful loan spell at Bristol City earlier in the campaign.
However, after starting and impressing for the SkyBet Championship side against Spurs in Forest’s 3-1 Capital One Cup defeat last week, manager Stuart Pearce has opted to let him go on loan to League One side Notts County to get more game time.
