A man was rescued by firefighters after a suspected arson attack in Limavady in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters were called to the blaze at Alexander Road in the town shortly before 3.45am.
A man was helped to safety from the building by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus while it is believed another managed to get out of a ground floor flat after a smoke alarm went off.
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said early indications suggested the fire was started deliberately outside the flats.
