The MTV Crashes Derry concerts are to be screened tonight.

Twenty thousand people attended the two gigs over two separate nights last month.

Up to 10,000 music fans packed into Ebrington Square on the opening night for a concert headlined by British rapper Professor Green and Grammy-nominates singer-songwriter MNEK.

All-girl group Neon Jungle were an 11th hour replacement for Katy B who pulled out of the event following the death of her brother, Andrew.

Many of those who attended the first night were among the 10,000 who returned the following night for a concert that featured top dance acts Chase and Status, DJ Fresh and Sigma.

The gigs are to be screened over three programmes on MTV Live (Sky channel 358) from 10.00pm to 12 midnight tonight.
