A cat has died in a house fire in Limavady.
Crews from the town and Crescent Link in Derry were called to deal with the blaze in a terrace house in Anderson Park shortly after 7.30pm last night.
Smoke alarms had alerted the occupiers of the house to the danger.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extenguished the blaze.
No one was injured, however a cat perished in the fire.
