Police made three arrests for alleged drugs offences at rapper Snoop Dogg’s concert in Derry last night.
PSNI Sergeant Cathal Pearce, of the City Centre Neighbourhood Policing Team, said officers using a “passive detection dog” were on duty at the event held at Ebrington Square in the Waterside.
Two youths aged 16 and 17, from Co Armagh, were arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class B drug; possessing it with intent to supply; and conspiracy to supply a Class B drug.
They were later bailed pending further enquiries.
Separately, a man 23-year-old man from Derry was arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class B drug and is to be reported to the Public Prosecution Service.
