A 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with Thursday’s discovery of a cannabis factory near Claudy in Co. Derry.
Cannabis plants worth an estimated £400,000 were found by Neighbourhood officers from Limavady in a house at Farkland, near Foreglen, just off the main Derry to Dungiven road.
The man has been charged with being concerned in the supply of class B controlled drug, cultivating cannabis, possessing a class B controlled drug with intent to supply and possession of a class B controlled drug.
He is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates Court on Monday next, 27 October.
Two other men, aged 52 and 58, arrested in connection with the seizure have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
