A 26-year-old man is recovering in hospital after being shot in Derry last night.
He was shot in the legs in a punishment-style attack at Liscloon Drive in Shantallow.
The man is being treated in Altnagelvin for an injury which is believed not to be life-threatening.
It was the second such shooting in the city in less than 24 hours.
On Saturday night, a 42-year-old man was shot in the leg at Corrib Court in the Ballymagroarty area.
