Environment Minister Mark H Durkan has recommended planning approval for the provision of major footpath and cycleway provision with associated landscaping and fencing at Creggan Burn in Derry.
Creggan Burn Park is a large nine hectare open space area bounded to the north and south by the Rosemount, Glen Road and Creggan Road areas.
The approval provides a new footpath and cycleway infrastructure within Creggan Burn Park.
It also includes landscaping, street furniture, fencing, gates, lighting and drainage.
