Four burglaries were committed in Derry within a 24 hour period, police in the city have revealed.
The break-ins were reported to police between 4.00pm on yesterday and 10.30am this morning.
In the first, a plasma television was stolen from a flat at Heron Way. The resident discovered the incident yesterday afternoon.
Late last night, a resident at Laurel Park discovered their house had been entered and a handbag stolen.
A few hours later, residents of a house nearby returned to find it had been broken into, although nothing appears to have been stolen.
