Veritas, Ireland’s leading religious publisher, and retailer will unveil their annual moving crib at their store on 20 Shipquay Street in Derry at 1.30pm tomorrow ahead of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on 8 December.
Capturing the joy and spirit of the Christmas season, the Nativity scene features three-feet-high animated figures of Our Lady, Mary and Joseph, along with the Three Wise Men and shepherds.
A Derry Diocesan spokesperson said:” We know the moving crib will become one of the Christmas highlights for children and parents from throughout our city– as it provides everyone with a beautiful and enjoyable reminder of the true spirit of Christmas.
