BREAKING NEWS: UNIONS have reached agreement with NI Water on a deal over working practices and pensions, it has been announced.
All industrial action has been suspended pending a response from workers to the union recommendation.
Minister Danny Kennedy has praised both sides for reaching an agreement.
Nipsa’s Ryan McKinney said NI Water had made an improved offer on pensions and working practices.
He said staff would now work to restore supplies to all homes as quickly as possible.
Workers will be consulted on the offer; they are expected to accept it.
