CRIME ALERT: The PSNI are investigating a spate of robberies which were carried out last Sunday evening in Derry.
PSNI detectives are appealing for information after the three burglaries which took place on Sunday 18th of January.
The first burglary took place at Alanvale Crescent in the Kilfennan area of Derry.
Detective Constable Sarah-Jane Moyne is keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity.
Cash and jewellery were stolen from one house and the others were ransacked.
Meanwhile, detectives are also investigating incidents that occurred in the Deanfield area, off Limavady Road on the same evening as the robbery in Kilfennan.
The investigating officer, Detective Constable Richard Donnell, is keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity.
Money was stolen from one house, while would-be intruders are thought to have been deterred by an intruder alarm sounding at a nearby property at about 6.20pm.
