A number of cars were broken into in the Oakbridge Park area of Derry last Friday, police have said.
Residents awoke on the morning of to find their cars had been entered and rifled through. Some lost items, others simply found their possessions strewn around the vehicle and/or driveway.
Constable McGrattan at Strand Road police station is appealing for witnesses or any information in an attempt to identify any suspects or to discover any suspicious activity noted in the area recently.
