Dungiven police station currently up for sale
FANCY having a cop shop as your new home?
Well, look no further than Co Derry if that’s your fancy.
Three former PSNI stations in Dungiven, Eglinton and Garvagh are currently on the market and selling for the price of an average family home.
Eglinton station is up for sale at £120,00.
Garvagh has an asking price of £110,00.
And Dungiven police station is slightly more expensive at £175,000.
Selling agents Lambert Smith Hampton says it has had “strong interest” in the three stations.
However, despite that interest, no one has yet signed on the dotted line and bought either of the three.
