A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences following a police search in the Waterside area of Londonderry.
Chief Inspector Tony Callaghan said that it is believed to be the remnants of a cannabis factory.
The discovery was made during a search at Prehen Park on Wednesday evening.
The man was arrested in suspicion of possessing a Class B drug; possessing it with intent to supply; cultivating cannabis and being concerned in the supply of a Class B drug.
A small quantity of suspected cannabis and other paraphernalia were seized.
The man was later released pending further police enquiries.
