VOLUNTEERS from Foyle Search and Rescue will begin a new search at low tide this afternoon for a missing Derry man.
Police at in Strand Road say they are concerned about the whereabouts of 31 year old Gary Campbell from the Creggan.
Sergeant Joe George said: “Gary was last seen in the early hours of Saturday past in the Creggan Street area.
“He was wearing a yellow and white checked shirt, black jacket and jeans when last seen.
“I appeal to Gary, or anyone who has seen Gary or knows of his whereabouts, please contact police at Strand Road on the non emergency number 101 and help us reunite him with his family.”
Foyle Search and Rescue say a low tide is due on the Foyle around 4.30pm and dozens of volunteers will be involved in the search.
