The launch of the City of Derry Jazz and Big Band Festival programme took place in the City Hotel last night.
The Mayor of Derry Councillor Brenda Stevenson launched the programme for the Festival which will run from April 30 – May 4, with young jazz sensation Jamie Cullum headlining.
Organised by Derry City Council and supported by Diageo, the festival will feature over 250 acts across 60 venues, with five days of Jazz, Jump, Jive, Swing, and Blues delivered on note by some of the best artists in the business. Over 35,000 music fans are expected to attend.
