POLICE in Strabane are investigating a vandal attack on a car belonging to Cllr Patsy Kelly.
His car was damaged during the incident at the weekend, with a windscreen smashed
“If those behind this attack thought that they could intimidate me or prevent me from my carrying out my duties as a public representative, they were mistaken,” said Cllr Kelly
“I was elected to represent the people of Strabane. The actions of thugs and bullies will not stop me.
“An attack on any public representative is an attack on democracy. I have been in contact with the police about this matter and would encourage anyone with any information to bring it forward.”
