A man in his 40’s has died following a two vehicle collision involving a lorry and a van in the North West.
The crash happened on the Melmount Road, Victoria Bridge, Strabane last night, Saturday 11 April around 10 pm.
One male has been arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.
Inspector Johnathan Hunter said: “I appeal to anyone who witnessed this collision or has information in relation to it, to please contact us at Strabane on 101.”
The road has now re-open to traffic.
It brings to 19 the number people killed on the North’s roads so far this year.
