DETECTIVES are investigating after a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in Galliagh.
The attack happened in the early hours of last Friday morning.
Police say the petrol bomb was thrown into the driveway of a house at Rossnagalliagh at around 1 am.
Inspector Jonny Hunter said: “The flames were extinguished by neighbourS but damage was caused to an Audi car.
“At this stage a motive has not been established and police are keen to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity.”

It is not yet known if the attack is linked ongoing trouble in Galliagh in recent weeks.
