POLICE have closed the Foyle Bridge this afternoon to high sided vehicles.
The restriction has been put in place of gusting winds which are expected to hit up to 7o mph.
Heavy rain has also been battering the North West with police advising motorists to slow down and keep a safe distance from cars in front.
