Police are appealing for information about a hit and run traffic collision in Eglinton.
Constable White, the investigating officer, outing the details of the incident.
“On Thursday 16th July at approximately 4.50pm,a blue Suzuki Grand Vitara was travelling along Highmoor Road, Eglinton. As it came to the junction of Highmoor Road / Brockagh Road, a sky blue Peugeot 206 or 306 emerged from Brockagh Road without stopping.
“The Peugeot collided with the nearside of the Suzuki Grand Vitara, causing substantial damage and minor injury to its occupants.
“The Peugeot did not stop and made off from the scene. Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any information to come forward”.
