PRAYERS are being said today for Derry GAA star Aaron Devlin who is fighting for his life in hospital.
The Ballinderry Shamrocks player took ill last week and was rushed to hospital.
According to the Jordanstown GAA Facebook page, who posted a get well message, Aaron is on life support after suffering a brain virus.
Devlin’s brother, Coilin, has also played for Derry and a host of teams and players, but from inside and outside the county, tweeted their best wishes towards a speedy recovery for the footballer.
Clubs throughout the county and from across Ireland have also posted messages on social media in support of Aaron and the Devlin family.
