DETECTIVES have launched an investigation over an arson attack on a house in Derry.
Fire crews were called to tackle the blaze at end-terrace house in Labre Park in the Culmore Park area just before 5.45 pm yesterday, Thursday, July 30.
Firefighters from Northland Road station, wearing breathing apparatus, used a hosereel jet to extinguish the blaze in the derelict house.
A Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) spokesman said: “The cause of the appeared deliberate.”
Anyone with information about the attack is asked to contact detectives at Strand Road PSNI station on the 101 non-emergency
