DERRY footballer James McClean is celebrating this afternoon – after the birth of his son.
James, partner Erin announced the arrival of their second child a short time ago.
“Delighted and over the moon to announce the birth of my son junior james mcclean proud daddy now to two amazing beautiful wains,” said James on Twitter.
He is pictured here with his fiancee Erin Connor and their daughter Allie May.
The West Brom player has been praised right across Ireland earlier today after telling his former GAA club Sean Dolan’s yesterday that he would sponsor a new set of jerseys for the team’s senior team.
Erin and James are planning a low-key Derry wedding next year.
“We want the wedding to be at home so all our friends and family can go,” said Erin recently.
“It will be really exciting when it happens.”
