DERRY is set to get another new hotel in the coming months.
Work is nearing completion on the Bishop’s Gate Hotel at Bishop Street in the city at the site of the former Northern Counties building.
It is being seen as a boost to the hospitality trade and also creating new employment in the city.
A total of 65 full and part time jobs are being created at the Bishop’s Gate Hotel.
The hotel, will have 31 bedrooms, two shop units, restaurant and cookery school for budding chefs.
