POLICE are investigating a possible race hate motive after the front window of a house in Derry was smashed earlier this week.
The attack happened in the Altnagelvin area of the city on Monday.
Appealing for information, Constable Tracy Flynn said the window of the property at Virginia Court was broken at about 3.30am on Monday last.
Const Flynn added: “The home owner perceives it to be a hate crime against her.”
The investigating officer added police were appealing for witnesses or anyone with any relevant information to contact them on 101 non-emergency number.
