A fire crew from Strabane helped rescue a farmer after a tractor was involved in a collision across the border in Donegal at the weekend
An NIFRS spokesmans said: “Strabane station responded to a request from Camp West to attend a RTC involving a tractor overturned at Ballindrait in Donegal on Sunday.
“The tractor driver, a 35-year-old man was out of the tractor before arrival of FRS.
“He received treatment from Donegal Ambulance Service at the scene and then taken to the Letterkenny Hospital by ambulance.
“Fire crew used the Damming kit to stop the leak from the tractor.”
