DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Reactive and Organised Crime Branch have charged a 41 year old man with a series of drugs offences.
It follows the seizure by the National Crime Agency of a large quantity of steroids which had been intercepted en route to Greysteel, Co Derry, last September.
The man has been charged with importing a controlled drug, supplying a controlled drug, possessing a class C drug with intent to supply, possessing medicine with intent to supply otherwise than in accordance with a prescription and converting criminal property.
He will appear at Derry Magistrates; Court on Wednesday, December 23 for a first remand hearing.
