DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit have released a 44-year-old man arrested over bomb attacks in Derry city.
He was taken to the serious crime suite at Musgrave PSNI station in Belfast to be quizzed in connection with two separate incidents earlier this year.
The suspect has now been released without charge.
A bomb exploded outside a probation office in Crawford Square in April.
Two partially exploded bombs were also found at an Army Reserve base in May.
The man was detained in the Ballymagowan area on Tuesday under section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
