DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit investigating offences committed at the wake and funeral of Peggy O’Hara in Derry have arrested a 39 year old man in the Claudy area this morning.
The suspect was detained under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
He has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station in Belfast for questioning.
Last month, two men, aged 53 and 34, were arrested section 41 of the Terrorism Act in Strabane during a planned arrest and search operation.

Detectives also carried out a number of searches in Strabane.
The men were later released without charge.

Peggy O’Hara was the mother of INLA prisoner Patsy O’Hara, was one of 10 hunger strikers who died in Long Kesh in 1981.
