POLICE are jubilant after taking fake goods off the streets of Derry.
It follows the arrest of a man in the city who was nabbed trading in counterfeit goods.
The dirty ‘Del Boy’ faker was detained late on Thursday night when officers on routine patrol spotted a suspicious vehicle in the Collon Lane area.
On a search of the vehicle, police found a number of satellite boxes.
An initial inspection by officers revealed they boxes may be fake.
They will now be sent off to the forensic science laboratory for examination.
The suspect was taken to Strand Road police station for questioning but has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
