THE PSNI are investigating the planting of a suspected petrol bomb outside a house in Co Derry.
The incident happened almost a fortnight ago but details have only just been released by police.
They say the device was left outside a house on December 10 and there was criminal damage to a car.
Constable Kearney said: “It was reported that a suspected petrol bomb, which hadn’t ignited, was found at premises in the Riverside Gardens area of Castledawson on December 10.
“The windscreen of a car was also damaged.
“Police are trying to establish a motive and are seeking help.
