GARDAI and other emergency services are at the scene of yet another serious crash this morning on the main Derry to Letterkenny Road close to Newtowncunningham.
It is understood that at least one person has been injured in the crash which took place just after 10 am.
Two cars were involved in the crash.
Eye-witnesses say the accident is approximately one hundred yards from where two people lost their lives on November 13 last year.
Donegal County Council have put diversions in place following the crash at Killyverry.
Traffic coming from Inishowen and Derry directions is being diverted from Newtowncunningham to St. Johnston to Lifford to Letterkenny.
And coming traffic from the Letterkenny direction is being diverted via Lifford to St. Johnston to Newtowncunningham.
