A man and woman have been arrested for questioning by police following the discovery of a cannabis factory in the Waterside area Derry last night.
Police say around 35 plants were found in the attic during a planned search of house at just after 9.00bpm.
A 31 year old man and 34 year old woman were arrested under the 1971 Misuse of Drugs Act.
They are being held at Strand Road PSNI station on suspicion of possession of a class B drug, possession of a class B drug with intent to supply, cultivating cannabis and being concerned in the supply of a class B drug.
