A Co Derry man has received a suspended prison sentence for falsely claiming social security benefits.
Richard Caldwell, Bovevagh Road, Dungiven claimed Income Support and Incapacity Benefit toallting £6,815 while failing to declare employment.
The 47-year-old face Derry Crown Court and was given a three month prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
