The serious crime custody suite at Musgrave PSNI station
DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit have arrested a man in Derry over dissident republican activity.
The 48-year-old was arrested today under section 41 of the Terrorism Act,
He has been taken to the serious crime custody suite at Musgrave Street police station for further questioning.
TIU detectives are carrying out searches in Derry under the Terrorism Act.
