DERRY City FC have drawn a home tie in the EA Sports Cup Draw.
Kenny Shiels’ players will face Sligo Rovers at the Brandywell.
The game will either be played on Monday, April 18 or Tuesday, April 19.
Given the current form book, the Candystripes are the bookies favourites to progress to the next round.
Sligo currently lie tenth in the SSE Airtricity League having picked up only one point from their first three games and still without a win in the new 2016/2017 season.
Derry City are in third position on nine points have won three games on the bounce.
