Detectives at Strand Road station appeal over burglary at Garden City Lower
DETECTIVES in Derry are on the trail of thieves following a house burglary.
It happened the Garden City Lower area on Friday.
Police say that between 11 am and 1.10 pm, a house was broken into and a quantity of cash and jewellery was snatched.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Emma Marshall said: “I would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area, or anyone who knows anything about this burglary, to contact detectives at Strand Road Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.
“Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
