TWO police officers and a man were treated for smoke inhalation following a fire at a house in Co Derry.
The fire is believed to have started at a property in the Kennaught Terrace area of Limavady between 1 and 1.30 am on Sunday.
The Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, and the police all attended the scene.
The man and the officers were treated for the effects of breathing in acrid smoke.
Fire crews checked the premises to make sure no-one else was trapped inside.
