POLICE in Derry are investigating reports of a gun attack in Derry this evening.
Local people have reported hearing shots being fired in the McGowan Park area of Creggan.
They suspect the shooting may have been a “punishment shooting” by dissident republicans.
Residents say that has been a rise in ‘anti-social behaviour’ in the area in recent weeks.
