A 29-year-old man has faced a court charged with the murder of a Strabane man.
Michael Barr, 34 was shot dead in the Sunset House pub on April 25 as part of gangland feud between rival criminal gangs the Kinahan and Hutch mobs.
Eamonn Cumberton, from Mountjoy Street in Dublin, appeared at the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin on Sunday morning.
A detective told the court the accused made no response when he was arrested and charged on Saturday evening.
Det Sgt Brian Delaney gave evidence of arresting, charging and cautioning Mr Cumberton.
The accused was granted free legal aid and remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court next Friday.
