WOMAN CUT FROM CRASHED CAR IN CO DERRY

FIRE crews had to free a woman from a single vehicle crash this week.

A Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: “Crews from Limavady and Crescent Link stations responded to a single car road traffic collison at Broad Road, Bolea, Limavady on Monday.

“Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to release a 57-year-old woman from the vehicle.

“She was conveyed to hospital by ambulance.”
