DESPITE all the warnings, it seems there are some people who still think they can drive with no driving licence and no insurance putting other motorist’s lives at risk.
The PSNI say that a police on patrol in the lower Rosemount area in the early hours of this morning detected a vehicle with no insurance being driven by a teenager.
A police spokesperson said: “After speaking with a young male who was driving the vehicle officers ascertained that he had no driving licence and was arrested for a number of driving offences.
“The vehicle was also seized.”
